The New York Post reported that Tishman Speyer Properties, owner of Stuyvesant Town, only has enough money in reserves to pay-off loan payments through December. Although other representatives disagreed with the claim, many are worried that the property will be foreclosed upon within the next few months. Additionally, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, have said they cannot provide assistance.
