 <description>&lt;p&gt;A neighborhood block association in Midtown has filed a petition in the state Supreme Court asking that the Museum of Modern Art’s plans for a 1,050-foot-tall tower be stopped. The group claims the project’s environmental impact statement did not adequately take into account the structure’s impact on nearby buildings.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Atlantic Yards Groundbreaking Draws Dignitaries, Protesters</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;The groundbreaking ceremony for the controversial Atlantic Yards project on Thursday drew dignitaries and protesters. Mayor Bloomberg and Borough President Marty Markowitz praised progress on the long-delayed project, saying it would bring needed jobs to the borough; meanwhile, protesters staged a mock funeral outside and donned masks of prominent local officials while ridiculing the ceremony.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Atlantic Yards Groundbreaking Today</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;On Wednesday, March 10, New York State Supreme Court Justice Marcy Friedman ruled that the Empire State Development Corporation did not break the law by changing its development and payment plans for the Vanderbilt rail yards in 2009. Justice Friedman, however, noted that the Empire State Development Corporation should have been more transparent about their development plans.&lt;/p&gt;
